Please read carefully. All applicants must read the terms and conditions mentioned below and comply with it before signing the application form.
All applicants must complete and duly sign the application form. Incomplete applications will not be accepted. The UAE visa processing can be done only upon receiving complete required documentation and clearance of payments.
The applicant should fill in a Visa Application Form accurately and submit the same with the relevant visa fees, valid passport and necessary documentation as specified in the Visa Application Form. Applicants must hold all valid travel documents and comply with the requirements of Government of Dubai requirements specified on the Visa Application Form.
Only Dubai Visa herein referred as ‘ODV’ plays a role of collecting and forwarding the visa application and necessary documentation from the applicants and, forward the same along with the application to the Government of Dubai regarding the issuance of visa and thereafter communicating the Government of Dubai's decision concerning to the visa application. The decision to grant or refuse a visa is the sole entitlement of the Government of Dubai. The decisions related to issuance, delay or refusal of the visa applications lies with the authority of the Government of Dubai and their decision taken regarding the Dubai visa is final.
All visa application is entertained for single entry only. It is the applicant’s responsibility to apply for a visa minimum 5 to 7 days prior to travel date. Dubai visa takes five working days (Sunday to Thursday) to process and in case the application is held by immigration for any reason, there will be an extension of two to three working days for visa processing.
Upon the approval of visa by the UAE Immigration Authority, a copy of the visa will be sent to the applicant by email. A print out of this visa is a requisite to be submitted at the airport’s passport control section. Original copy of visa is not required.
For original copy of visa, additional charges of AED 150 will be applicable. Courier charges are not included in this cost.
ODV will not accept any responsibility for late, misplaced or lost applications nor for the authenticity of the contents of the application. The applicant accepts and acknowledges that the courier acceptance and delivery service is operated by a third party and ODV shall not undertake any responsibility or liability for the service of the courier company.
Certain airline service providers may require passengers for an ‘Ok to Board’ approval, which, at most, should be obtained 24 hours prior to the stipulated flight departure time. ODV can avail the applicant such service for an extra charge on request basis.
Please note that a penalty of AED 100 will be incurred from the guarantee amount, if the visa holder is not able to travel upon the issuance of a visa and if the visa holder does not exit the country as communicated during the visa application, AED 150 will be charged as penalty from the guarantee amount. A security cheque of the guarantor will be deposited, if an applicant on ODV’s sponsored visa has to face overstay due to imprisonment or committing of any crime.
Upon exiting the country, the visa holder must send a copy of passport page with UAE immigration’s exit stamp on it. This will serve as a proof that the visa holder has left the country. The refund of security cheque is done only upon the clear confirmation of the visa holder’s departure from the country.
In case of a visa application denial by Government of Dubai, the applicant will receive a copy of the same for their record.
It is clarified that if the processing of the visa application is prevented, delayed, restricted or interfered with for any reasons whatsoever resulting in delay or Government of Dubai being unable to process the applicants visa application, then ODV shall not be liable to the applicant for any loss or damage suffered as result of such causes and shall be discharged of all its obligations.
An approval on the visa application does not in any way indicate that the visa holder has a right to enter UAE. The decision of entry into the country is at the sole discretion of the Immigration officer at Dubai Airport who is a representative of Government of Dubai. In the case of denial of visa or entry into Dubai by the Government of Dubai, ODV shall in no way be liable to the applicant in any manner whatsoever such as for any losses or damages, which the applicant may suffer arising from delay in processing or receiving the visa. The applicant will be solely responsible to ensure that all the eligibility criteria and requirements needed to travel to Dubai by Government of Dubai are met and fulfilled properly.
The visa once granted must be accepted as it is and is non-transferable.
It is necessary for the visa applicant to apply for a reliable travel insurance plan for unforeseen events like medical emergencies during the travel. ODV can assist you with the same on an extra charge.
ODV shall take all rational measures to guarantee that information provided by the applicants in the application form shall remain confidential. However ODV shall not be liable for any unauthorized access by any means to that information.
The Visa fees levied are non-refundable under any circumstances whatsoever. If the applicant is unable to travel due to any reason whatsoever that includes denied boarding, offloading, cancellation of flight, delays or force majeure situations, break down of machinery and /or internet connectivity or any other cause or circumstances beyond their control, ODV shall also not be liable.
ODV asserts the right to add or alter these terms and conditions at any time without notice or liability and all applicants availing of this service shall be bound by the same. These terms and conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Dubai. Any claims or disputes arising in relation to the services provided by ODV to the applicant shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in UAE.
If the applicant has not opted out of receiving marketing materials, ODV may also use the personal information to identify other products and services that might be of interest to the applicant and to market additional goods, services and special offers from ODV, its affiliates or third party business associates. The applicant can choose not to allow ODV to use or disclose personal information for marketing purposes by indicating the preference on the visa application form.
